    Student Experiences

    My journey with the Department of Entomology began in 2021, when I enrolled in the MSc programme. From the very beginning, I have experienced consistent encouragement and support from the faculty members and the Head of the Department. The department maintains a lively and intellectually stimulating environment, further enhanced by its beautiful insect-themed artworks that reflect the discipline’s creativity and scientific spirit. The Department of Entomology is equipped with well-sophisticated laboratory facilities that support advanced teaching and research activities. Under the guidance of dedicated and knowledgeable mentors, students are provided with ample opportunities to develop both theoretical understanding and practical expertise. Overall, the department fosters a positive academic atmosphere that inspires learning, research excellence and professional growth

    The Department of Entomology at PJTAU boasts well equipped laboratories and curated insect displays showing pests and their life cycles along with economic entomology concepts to support advanced teaching and research with expert faculty.
