Introduction
The university offers PG and Ph.D. programmes in Agriculture, Home Science, and Agricultural Engineering, including M.Sc. (Ag.) in 12 disciplines, Ph.D. in 10 disciplines, M.Tech in one engineering discipline, and an MBA (ABM) programme. Admissions are based on ICAR entrance exams with a 25% ICAR quota and also accommodate international and in-service candidates. The two-year PG and Ph.D. programmes include coursework, research, thesis submission, and publications. Research focuses on mandate crops, multidisciplinary themes, and PPP collaborations, with evaluations through external exams, viva-voce, and continuous assessment using TARPC software.
